National Sales Manager (Consumer Brands)
Portfolio: Consumer Brands (CB)
Reporting: General Manager, Sales
Team Lead: Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned
customer accounts.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market
opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand
consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are
on board.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s
customer base.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We Require:
• BBA/MBA or Equivalent in any discipline from any reputed university.
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience from any leading National/MNC FMCG company.
• Age at most 42 Years.
