Role Overview:
BAT Bangladesh is seeking a driven Territory Officer to lead commercial execution within assigned territories. This role focuses on retailer relationship management, performance tracking, and delivering sustainable business growth aligned with BAT’s evolving multi-category strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with external partners.
• Analyze and interpret store-specific data to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong retailer partnerships.
• Execute territory strategies and campaigns effectively.
• Meet and exceed performance targets.
• Continuously upgrade skills to adapt to regulatory and industry changes.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business or related field).
• Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused and solutions-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and remain results-oriented.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and relationship-building capability.
• Experience in achieving sales targets preferred.
