Reports to: PC DMC Lead
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for planning and implementation of Digital Marketing, Media and Digital Commerce initiatives for the Personal Care Business Unit, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and data-driven growth strategies.
Data Analytics & Measurement:
• Plan and execute month-on-month communication across TV, Radio, Print, Digital and Mobile.
• Set and implement data strategy for always-on, high-quality marketing.
• Ensure campaign reporting, measurement and ROI tracking.
• Analyze multiple datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Review category media performance and drive corrective actions.
Digital Marketing, Media & Commerce:
• Develop and launch performance marketing campaigns aligned with the consumer journey.
• Create high-quality briefs and drive communication strategy excellence.
• Experiment with new digital tools to maximize reach and impact.
• Lead social-first strategies with focus on influencer marketing.
Activation & Agency Collaboration:
• Concept development, testing and OTIF execution of activations.
• Drive efficiency, innovation and measurable outcomes.
• Build strong agency partnerships ensuring quality and accountability.
• Ensure governance through internal data privacy policies.
Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years in content, social media or digital marketing.
• Experience in brand activation or event management.
• Strong project management and data-driven mindset.
• Capability to lead in a digital-first environment.
