IDCOL is a leading government-owned non-bank financial institution promoting sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives in Bangladesh. The organization provides practical exposure in development finance and project management within a professional environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates from reputed institutions.
• Disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Development Studies, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Law, MIS, CSE, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in sustainable development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support projects through data analysis, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in donor coordination and meeting documentation.
• Maintain organized project and correspondence records.
• Participate in training sessions and team discussions.
• Perform administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.
