Location: AIHCON BD (Dhanmondi- Dhaka, Bangladesh)
Office Hour: Night Shift 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary:
AIHCON BD, the Bangladesh country office of U.S. based DocPro Health, is hiring Client Success
Executives / RCM Specialists. The individual will manage U.S. medical billing & coding and
maintain client relationships, requiring high ownership and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full-cycle medical billing (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting).
• Manage denials, rejections, and AR follow-up.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payer issues.
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients and insurance payers.
• Monitor account health and track outstanding follow-ups.
• Meet operational benchmarks and performance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Gradually take ownership of client accounts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interest in U.S. healthcare operations
• Professional communication and ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior U.S. medical billing / RCM experience
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Denial management and AR experience

Holidays: All weekends and holidays will be based on the U.S. holiday calendar.
Salary & Compensation: BDT 40,000/-
Compensation increases based on performance, skill growth, and shift transition.
