• Job Overview:
BSRM is seeking a strategic and analytically driven professional for the role of Manager – Business Excellence. This position plays a critical role in driving process optimization, strategic planning, digital transformation, and cross-functional performance improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Process Excellence & Operational Improvement:
✓ Lead process excellence initiatives to drive optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency
✓ Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities
✓ Identify opportunities for automation and elimination of non-value-adding activities
✓ Drive cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives across functions
✓ Monitor implementation and ensure sustainability of improvement outcomes

• Strategy Development & KPI Management:
✓ Support leadership in long-term strategy formulation and KPI development
✓ Consolidate and monitor organizational and functional KPIs
✓ Track performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective action plans
✓ Prepare and present quarterly KPI and Business Excellence reports

• Business Analysis & Decision Support:
✓ Conduct in-depth business analysis to support strategic decisions
✓ Prepare feasibility studies, project proposals, and financial impact assessments
✓ Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for management
✓ Collaborate with Finance to translate operational improvements into financial results

• Digital Transformation & Automation:
✓ Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational transparency and efficiency
✓ Identify and implement automation opportunities in collaboration with IT and functional teams
✓ Promote data-driven decision-making and analytics adoption

• Cross-functional Coordination & Change Management:
✓ Act as a central coordinator across business functions for strategic initiatives
✓ Engage stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive solutions
✓ Facilitate change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement
✓ Build strong cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing practices

• Benchmarking & Continuous Improvement:
✓ Identify performance gaps through benchmarking and data analysis
✓ Track efficiency, cost savings, and digital adoption metrics
✓ Ensure continuous improvement across organizational processes

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputed university
✓ MBA in Finance will be considered an added advantage
✓ Certification in Business Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management is preferred
✓ 10-15 years of experience in business excellence, business analysis, or process improvement roles
✓ Prior experience in manufacturing or steel industry will be an advantage
