• Job Overview:
PRAN-RFL Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Sr. Manager / AGM – Operations. The position focuses on leading end-to-end operations for electrical products, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, distribution effectiveness, and after-sales service excellence.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Lead end-to-end operations including production coordination, distribution, and after-sales service
✓ Manage field teams, technicians, and vendors to ensure service quality and timely delivery
✓ Ensure operational efficiency through workforce planning, inventory control, and service management
✓ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance
✓ Monitor operational costs and optimize resource utilization
✓ Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
✓ Analyze performance data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
✓ Strengthen distributor and service networks to support business growth
✓ Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ B.Sc / M.Sc in Electrical, Mechanical, IPE, or relevant engineering discipline
✓ Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or electronics-related industries
✓ Experience in FMCG manufacturing, light engineering, electronics, plastic/polymer, paint, or electrical products will be an advantage
✓ Strong knowledge of production operations, maintenance, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen)
✓ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓ Minimum age: 30 years
