Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Shipping Agency
Job Location: Khulna

Job Overview:
Seven Rings Cement is seeking motivated professionals to join its Shipping Agency operations team. This role involves handling vessel operations, coordinating with port authorities, and ensuring smooth execution of shipping formalities and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Attend vessels at anchorage/jetty for inward and outward formalities
✓ Communicate effectively with local and international principals
✓ Coordinate with Port Authority, Customs, Shipping Office, and Mercantile Marine Office
✓ Prepare operational reports and summaries
✓ Draft Statements of Facts (SOF) and Laytime Statements
✓ Handle crew change formalities and related documentation

Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✓ 2-3 years of experience in shipping agency operations (preferred)

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age: 28-35 years
✓ Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply
✓ Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities
