Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Regulatory Compliance
Job Location: Banani, Dhaka

Job Overview:
TallyKhata is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join its Regulatory & Compliance team. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, strengthening AML/CFT practices, and supporting compliance across digital financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Monitor and interpret regulations from Bangladesh Bank, BFIU, BTRC, and other authorities
✓ Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Partnerships to ensure compliant product design and rollout
✓ Develop and implement compliance policies, internal controls, and KYC processes
✓ Conduct compliance risk assessments and support internal audits
✓ Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting submissions
✓ Coordinate with legal counsel, regulators, and law enforcement when required
✓ Perform KYC/AML/CFT checks and support anti-fraud initiatives
✓ Communicate regulatory updates to internal stakeholders
✓ Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions
✓ Support CAMLCO in AML/CFT monitoring, investigations, and reporting

Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
✓ 2-4 years of experience in Compliance within MFS, DFS, Fintech, or Banking sectors

Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, data privacy, and regulatory reporting
✓ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
✓ High level of integrity and attention to detail
✓ Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
✓ Understanding of digital finance and mobile financial services ecosystem is an advantage
