Job Overview:
Programming Hero is offering a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program designed to develop future Business Development Specialists. This role provides hands-on exposure to international markets, client acquisition, and technology-driven sales within a fast-growing edtech and IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Identify and connect with potential clients to generate IT project opportunities
✓ Lead client interactions through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
✓ Analyze client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
✓ Track leads, pipelines, and client communications effectively
✓ Drive small-scale sales opportunities and learn the full sales lifecycle
✓ Explore international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East) for growth opportunities
✓ Stay updated on AI and emerging technology trends
✓ Participate in training sessions and client meetings

Requirements:
✓ Fresh graduates or recent postgraduates (final-year students may apply)
✓ Academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related fields
✓ Strong interest in technology, software, and AI-driven solutions

Salary & Benefits:
