Job Overview:
CKDL is seeking an experienced Store Manager (Fabric) to oversee fabric inventory, storage operations, and coordination with production in a woven garments manufacturing environment. This role is critical for ensuring stock accuracy, quality control, and seamless supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage fabric receiving, storage, and issuance based on production requirements
✓ Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation
✓ Maintain store documentation, stock registers, and ERP updates
✓ Monitor fabric quality, shade variation, and storage conditions
✓ Coordinate with merchandising, production, and planning teams
✓ Supervise store staff and enforce FIFO / FEFO practices
✓ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reports
✓ Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✓ Degree in Textile / Supply Chain / Management will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
✓ 8-10 years of experience in fabric store management
✓ Experience in woven (jacket) garments factory is mandatory

Key Skills & Competencies:
✓ Strong knowledge of fabric inventory and warehouse operations
✓ Hands-on experience with ERP / inventory management systems
✓ Understanding of fabric quality control and shade management
✓ Leadership and team supervision capability
✓ Strong coordination and communication skills
