Experience: 1–2 Years (B2B preferred)
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment Type: 6 Months Contractual
Timings: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role focuses on identifying potential business clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is confident, communicative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced health technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new B2B leads in Lahore & other parts of the region
Reach out to decision-makers (HR Heads, Admin Managers, CXOs) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
Conduct market research to identify new industries and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the funnel
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in cold calling and professional outreach
Understanding of HealthTech, SaaS, or corporate wellness markets (preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
