Position: Treasury Manager
Department: Finance

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Overview:
Nitol-Niloy Group is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee end-to-end fund management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. This role is critical for optimizing cash flow, minimizing financing costs, and supporting strategic financial decision-making in a multi-bank environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Monitor and manage daily fund position across all bank accounts
✓ Ensure optimal fund allocation for operational and financing needs
✓ Develop short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
✓ Maintain liquidity while minimizing idle funds
✓ Oversee borrowing instruments (Term Loans, CC, STL)
✓ Manage loan repayment schedules and validate bank charges
✓ Identify discrepancies and resolve overcharging issues
✓ Ensure accurate accounting of finance costs
✓ Optimize utilization of CC/STL limits to reduce interest burden
✓ Track and analyze borrowing costs across banks and instruments
✓ Support CFO in reducing overall cost of capital (WACC)

Reporting & Analysis:
✓ Prepare dashboards including fund position, borrowing utilization, and interest cost analysis
✓ Monitor bank-wise exposure and financial performance metrics

Controls & Compliance:
✓ Ensure strong internal controls over treasury operations
✓ Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
✓ Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
✓ Accuracy of fund positioning
✓ Reduction in finance cost / WACC
✓ Minimal bank overcharging incidents
✓ Optimal utilization of credit facilities
✓ Timely execution of LC and loan transactions
✓ Strength of banking relationships

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA in Finance

Experience Requirements:
✓ 6-10 years of experience in treasury / banking / finance
✓ Experience in multi-bank environment and loan management
✓ Hands-on experience in interest validation and LC operations
