Role Overview:
The People & Culture Coordinator will support the implementation of a Business Partnering HR model, ensuring efficient, compliant, and people-centric HR operations. The role encompasses end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
✓ Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and health insurance coordination
✓ Ensure HR operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
✓ Maintain employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
✓ Manage time and workforce management systems
✓ Support HRIS/ERP platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and generate analytical reports
✓ Contribute to building a value-driven, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
✓ Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations
✓ Experience in development or humanitarian organizations will be considered an advantage
Technical & Functional Skills:
✓ Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems
✓ Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance
✓ Understanding of HR practices in emergency or humanitarian contexts (preferred)

✓ Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
✓ Effective communication with high standards of confidentiality
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Compensation & Benefits:
✓ Monthly salary: BDT 77,145 – 96,431 (CTC)
