Position: Intern – Marketing / Sales / Customer Service
Location: Dhaka

Role Overview:
✓ ACI Consumer Brands is offering internship opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service functions.
✓ The programme is designed for academic purposes, providing real-world exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and practical skill development.
✓ Interns will work closely with teams to support ongoing projects and contribute to business operations.

Internship Functions & Responsibilities:
Marketing Intern:
✓ Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
✓ Assist in content creation including social media captions and creatives.
✓ Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
✓ Monitor social media platforms and campaign performance.
✓ Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Digital).
✓ Assist in brand activation and promotional activities.

Sales Intern:
✓ Assist in lead generation and prospect identification.
✓ Support client communication and relationship management.
✓ Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
✓ Maintain and update sales databases/CRM systems.
✓ Assist in preparing sales reports and pipeline tracking.
✓ Participate in field visits and sales activities when required.

Customer Service Intern:
✓ Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
✓ Provide accurate information and ensure effective issue resolution.
✓ Maintain and update call logs/CRM systems.
✓ Follow up on pending issues and coordinate with internal teams.
✓ Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and document feedback.

Candidate Requirements:
✓ BBA from a reputed university.
✓ Minimum CGPA 3.00 (up to final semester).
✓ Internship must be a requirement for academic purposes.
✓ Open to both male and female candidates.

Internship Details:
✓ Duration: 3 months
✓ Working Days: 5 days (Sunday to Thursday)
