Position: Field Compliance Officer (Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager) – ICC & AML

Job Overview:
Nagad Limited is seeking experienced professionals to join its Internal Control & Compliance (ICC) and AML division as Field Compliance Officers. This role is critical in strengthening regulatory compliance, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to AML/CFT frameworks across field operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Implement compliance monitoring systems using a Risk-Based Approach (RBA)
✓ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and AML/CFT guidelines
✓ Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and reputational risks
✓ Prepare and submit regulatory reports with accuracy and timeliness
✓ Support audit readiness and coordinate internal and external audits
✓ Conduct field-level compliance assessments across distribution channels
✓ Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions
✓ Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical practices
✓ Strengthen governance frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations
✓ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance compliance effectiveness

Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
✓ Relevant certifications in AML/Compliance will be an advantage
✓ 3-5 years of experience in financial institutions (MFS, Bank, NBFI preferred)
✓ Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, CDD/EDD
✓ Understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulatory guidelines

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
✓ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
