Position: Territory Executive – Cattle

Job Overview:
ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited is seeking a motivated professional to drive sales growth and strengthen market presence in the cattle feed segment. This role involves extensive field engagement, dealer development, and direct interaction with farmers to support productivity and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Achieve sales targets through effective forecasting and market planning
✓ Develop dealer networks and identify new market opportunities
✓ Map farmers and dealers to strengthen distribution channels
✓ Handle customer complaints and resolve area-specific issues with supervisor support
✓ Provide regular market feedback on trends and customer insights
✓ Prepare monthly performance reports and confirm sales orders
✓ Execute marketing campaigns including SGMs, seminars, and retail activations
✓ Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure smooth operations
✓ Conduct regular field visits and report cattle farm activities

Requirements:
✓ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or BSc in Animal Husbandry
✓ 2-4 years of experience in relevant field

Additional Requirements:
✓ Experience in Sales & Marketing within Animal Feed or FMCG sectors
✓ Strong field orientation with willingness to travel extensively
✓ Ability to work in rural and agricultural environments
✓ Strong communication and relationship management skills
