Job Overview:
BSRM is seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial vehicle workshop operations, including maintenance, spare parts inventory, and store management. The role is critical to ensuring efficient logistics support through optimized maintenance planning and operational control.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Monitor and maintain inventory levels (min/max/reorder) for vehicle spare parts
✓ Ensure timely procurement and proper receiving of maintenance spares
✓ Manage workshop store operations for smooth maintenance activities
✓ Identify and segregate damaged, obsolete, or non-moving inventory for disposal
✓ Ensure compliance with safety standards for tools, equipment, and storage
✓ Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans for vehicles
✓ Ensure vehicles are maintained and operationally ready at all times
✓ Analyze and optimize maintenance costs for efficiency
✓ Maintain all workshop and store-related documentation
✓ Identify and resolve critical issues in maintenance and store operations

Educational Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
✓ Minimum 8 years of experience
✓ Background in Manufacturing / Heavy Industry / Transport Operations preferred
