• Job Overview:

• Key Responsibilities (Areas of Ownership):
✓ Drive Production & Manufacturing Excellence across operations
✓ Manage Yield & Waste optimization initiatives
✓ Oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices
✓ Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
✓ Supervise Utility & Infrastructure operations
✓ Lead Project Management and CAPEX-related activities

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
✓ 8+ years of cross-functional experience in plant engineering and production lifecycle management
✓ Strong background in FMCG industry operations
✓ Expertise in manufacturing processes, maintenance, and operational efficiency
