Anwar Group of Industries is looking for a competent and analytical professional to join the team as a Business Analyst. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, generating insights from data, and facilitating collaboration between business users and technical teams.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering-
✓ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and objectives.

• Process Analysis & Improvement-
✓ Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize operations and performance.

• Data Analysis-
✓ Collect and analyze data to generate insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for business decisions.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management-
✓ Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of business requirements.

• Requirements:

• Education-
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
✓ Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) will be an added advantage.

• Experience-
✓ 1-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
✓ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✓ Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.

• Skills-
✓ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
✓ Proficiency in business analysis tools such as MS Visio, JIRA, and data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
✓ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
