WORKING HOURS:
Male: 6:00 PM till 3:00 AM
Female: 9:00 PM till 6:00 AM
MONTHLY REMUNERATION:
Client Relationship Officer = BDT 40,000 – 45,000/- ; (First Month BDT 20,000/-)
OTHER BENEFITS:
1. Festival Bonus (Eid-Ul-Fitr & Eid-Ul-Adha).
2. Quarterly Performance Bonus (after Probation Period).

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Job Summary:
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, clients and vendors to develop solutions that align with the company’s goals and meet client expectations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with good English proficiency and a keen interest in exploring the dynamic world of ITES.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for optimal implementation of the company’s overall activity plan and strategies.
Scope:
The candidate will primarily be dealing with North American clients & stakeholders. Therefore, high proficiency in English communication is mandatory for the role.
The candidate in this role will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to:
• End-to-end customer service.
• Quality assurance of the services generated by the field force.
• Ensuring timely service delivery in line with Eclipse’s brand promises.
• Cross-team coordination.
Job Description:
• Learn the company’s core functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and practices that affect each phase of our business.
• Quality Control – through coordination, review, and business meetings.
• Taking care of client and vendor payments.
• Client/Vendor communication, coordination & ensuring service quality excellence.
• Analyzing results from field and proper submission of estimates to our clients by maintaining company/client protocols.
• Ensuring work is completed timely from field while meeting client expectations.
• Ensuring proper relationships are maintained with clients and vendors in order for steady flow of work.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
• CGPA: 3 or above.
• Combined CGPA in SSC/O Level & HSC/A Level: 9 or above.
Expected Knowledge & Skills:
• High proficiency in English communication (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) is a must.
• High English typing speed & accuracy.
• Curiosity & a high propensity to learn.
• Computer literacy. Knowledge in spreadsheet.
• Analytical capability.
• Leadership potential & decision-making capability.
• Ability to work with professionalism, discipline, & independence.
