Job Overview:
ACI Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordination Officer – Medico Marketing to support the pharmaceutical business team. The role focuses on coordinating departmental activities, managing documentation and databases, supporting stakeholder communication, and ensuring efficient administrative operations within the Medico Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Coordinate and schedule meetings, including collecting agendas, sharing them with stakeholders in advance, and arranging logistical support for seminars and events
✓ Maintain and organize departmental documentation, manage databases, prepare reports, and update website content when required
✓ Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
✓ Process travel expenses, manage payment receipts, and coordinate with the finance team for reimbursement and documentation
✓ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials for departmental activities
✓ Provide administrative and coordination support and perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English or a related discipline
✓ 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial, coordination, or administrative role will be considered an advantage
✓ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress
✓ Tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and digital platforms
✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✓ Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination abilities
