About the Role:
As part of the Delivery Hero Group, foodpanda Bangladesh is scaling its corporate vertical. This role leads and executes the B2B strategy – driving enterprise growth across corporate meal programs, catering, pantry supply, and workplace food solutions.
You will own growth, pipeline management, enterprise account success, and cross-functional execution to strengthen recurring institutional demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance corporate sales team.
• Own the full corporate sales funnel from lead generation to close.
• Set structured prospecting-to-onboarding playbooks.
• Drive quarterly growth planning and measurable KPIs.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally to reduce churn and enhance retention.
• Manage receivables with Finance to ensure strong cash flow.
• Continuously refine SOPs to improve corporate client experience.
Success Metrics:
• Exceeding quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.
• Building a repeatable, scalable corporate sales model.
• Improved enterprise retention and satisfaction.
• Data-driven decision making via CRM insights.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ Years B2B / Enterprise Sales
Leadership: 2+ Years Leading Teams
CRM: Salesforce or Equivalent
Languages: Fluent in English & Bangla
