Role Purpose:
The Associate Manager, Sales Analytics is responsible for delivering high-quality commercial insights that enable data-driven decision-making. The role partners with Sales & Global Accounts to analyze performance, improve profitability, and support sustainable growth.

This position strengthens Coats’ commercial analytics capability through advanced reporting, automation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Commercial Insights & Analytics:
• Analyze Sales & Global Accounts data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights aligned with commercial priorities.
• Provide regular performance analysis for leadership reviews and planning.

Power BI & Reporting Excellence:
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for commercial KPIs.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency in reporting outputs.
• Automate recurring reports to enable self-service analytics.

Sales & Profitability Optimization:
• Track sales performance against budgets and targets.
• Highlight variances and root causes.
• Identify revenue, margin, and market share improvement opportunities.
• Support commercial initiatives to optimize customer mix and product profitability.

Process Improvement & Digital Enablement:
• Streamline commercial and reporting processes using analytics tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting workflows.

Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Discipline

Experience: 6+ Years Post-MBA in Business Analytics / Commercial Insights.

Technical Skills: Power BI (Tableau Equivalent), Coding Knowledge Preferred
