Brain Station 23 is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business objectives into functional and technical documentation.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
✓ Collaborate with clients, product owners, designers, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
✓ Conduct requirement analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
✓ Prepare BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and other functional documentation.
✓ Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Experience Requirements:
✓ 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software or IT industry.

• Required Skills:
✓ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
✓ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
✓ Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.
✓ Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
✓ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
✓ Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
