Job Overview:
Rancon Cars Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to develop compelling visual content that strengthens brand identity and enhances marketing impact across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Design high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns (social media, digital ads, brochures, billboards, website)
✓ Develop brand-consistent creatives for vehicle launches, promotions, and corporate communications
✓ Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate ideas into visuals
✓ Create engaging content such as infographics, presentations, and motion graphics (if applicable)
✓ Maintain and evolve brand visual identity guidelines
✓ Prepare print-ready files and ensure quality across deliverables
✓ Stay updated on design trends, automotive aesthetics, and competitor branding
✓ Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
✓ Background in Fine Arts / Creative Design preferred

Experience Requirements:
✓ 2-3 years of relevant experience in design/marketing roles

Key Skills & Competencies:
✓ Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
✓ Strong creativity and visual storytelling ability
✓ Excellent attention to detail
✓ Good communication skills in English & Bangla
✓ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
