Role Purpose:
The Executive, Sales drives profitable growth within the assigned territory by managing customer accounts, supporting new business development, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong commercial understanding, cross-functional coordination, and market awareness to strengthen Coats’ market presence while ensuring efficient service delivery.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned territory.
• Identify new customers, segments, and growth opportunities.
• Execute plans to drive revenue, volume, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
• Coordinate internally for smooth order execution and delivery.
• Handle routine customer issues and escalate when required.
• Support order fulfillment KPIs and process efficiency.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow credit policies.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates.

Education & Experience:
Education: Graduate (Business Preferred)
Experience: 2+ Years in Sales / Account Management (MNC Preferred)
Industry: B2B / Textile Advantage

• Proven ability to close sales and deliver profit commitments.
• Ability to travel extensively.
