Role Overview:
As part of the Customer Facing Supply Chain (CFSC) team, you will deliver supply chain value creation for Nestlé and its customers by strengthening cross-functional collaboration, improving availability metrics, and driving efficiency initiatives.
A Day in the Life:
• Understand and align Customer KPIs with Nestlé Supply Chain strategy.
• Drive On Shelf Availability (OSA), On Shelf Freshness (OSF) & Distributor Stock Availability (DSA).
• Lead Order-to-Cash coordination across multi-functional teams.
• Define joint improvement plans with Sales and Customers.
• Act as main Supply Chain contact for customers.
• Drive initiatives on Master Data, Cost to Serve, Sustainability & Collaborative Planning.
• Analyze route-to-market risks and escalate compliance issues when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong aspiration to build a career in Supply Chain.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI for reporting & visualization (preferred).
