Role Purpose:
As a Business Development Executive, you will support the Business Development Lead in expanding Coats’ customer base. The role integrates strategy, engagement marketing, CRM, and growth execution to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

This position reports to the Business Development Manager and plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition performance.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Conduct market research to identify target segments and customer needs.
• Generate high-quality leads using structured acquisition techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Optimize conversion funnels to improve lead-to-customer ratios.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.

Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Preferred)

Experience: 4+ Years in Sales / Business Development (B2B Preferred)

Industry Exposure: Textile Industry Preferred

Core Competencies:
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capability.
• Understanding of customer acquisition best practices.
• Results-driven mindset with analytical orientation.
