Role Overview:
Nagad Limited is looking for Software Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure system reliability, performance, and seamless user experience across high-volume fintech platforms. The role involves both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, API, and backend systems within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
✓ Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms.
✓ Conduct API testing and validate service-to-service communication.
✓ Identify, log, track, and verify defects with clear root cause analysis.
✓ Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
✓ Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and grooming sessions.
✓ Support UAT, release validation, and production readiness.
✓ Develop and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.
✓ Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
✓ Analyze test reports and improve test coverage and stability.

Requirements:
✓ BSc in CSE, Computer Science, IT, or ETE.
✓ 2-6 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong potential may be considered).
✓ Experience in banking, telecom, or fintech environments preferred.

Technical Skills:
Manual QA:
✓ Test planning, test case design, and execution
✓ Functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
✓ API testing (Postman or similar tools)
✓ Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC

Automation QA:
✓ Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium
✓ API automation (REST Assured/Postman)
✓ CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
✓ Performance testing (JMeter – plus)
✓ Programming: Java / JavaScript / Kotlin

Additional Skills:
✓ Mobile app testing (Android & iOS)
✓ Microservices and distributed systems understanding
✓ Security and performance testing exposure
✓ Agile/Scrum familiarity
✓ Database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL)
