Role Overview:
The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee data management, and engagement activities. This role offers practical exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to develop foundational HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
✓ Support preparation of onboarding materials for new employees
✓ Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
✓ Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
✓ Support training and development initiatives
✓ Manage leave and attendance-related data
✓ Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Eligibility Criteria:
✓ Graduation completed (BBA/MBA with HRM preferred)
✓ Candidates residing in or near Uttara will be given preference
