PRAN–RFL Group, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, is inviting applications from dynamic and motivated candidates for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – HR. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management and develop a long-term career in HR.

• Key Responsibilities-
✓ Support business units in identifying manpower requirements and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
✓ Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with proper documentation and confidentiality.
✓ Support HR compliance activities, audits, and documentation related to the employee lifecycle.
✓ Facilitate employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
✓ Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.

• Educational Requirements-
✓ BBA / MBA in HRM or Management from a reputed university.
✓ BSc in EEE or Mechanical Engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply if interested in pursuing a career in HR.

• Required Skills-
✓ Strong communication skills in English.
✓ Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✓ Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
