Seven Rings Cement is inviting applications for the position of Territory Sales Officer. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, expanding market coverage, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.

• Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Sales & Target Achievement-
✓ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
✓ Ensure volume growth and market share expansion for cement products.
✓ Implement company sales strategies and promotional campaigns in the territory.

• Dealer & Retailer Management-
✓ Appoint new dealers and retailers to expand distribution coverage.
✓ Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and sub-dealers.
✓ Resolve dealer complaints and provide regular business support.
✓ Coordinate with depot, transport, and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
✓ Ensure timely collection of dues as per company policy.

• Market Development-
✓ Identify new business opportunities including infrastructure projects and real estate developments.
✓ Conduct market visits to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.

• Reporting & Documentation-
✓ Prepare daily sales reports (DSR), market visit reports, and competitor analysis reports.
✓ Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and dealer data.

• Relationship Management-
✓ Build relationships with contractors, engineers, masons, and real estate developers.
✓ Address customer complaints regarding product quality or service in coordination with the technical team.

• Requirements-
✓ Master’s degree in any discipline.
✓ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade sales, preferably in cement, steel, or building materials industry.
