Role Overview:
SQUARE Pharmaceuticals PLC. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Executive – Quality Assurance / Production. This position involves ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, maintaining product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Production:
✓ Monitor and ensure manufacturing processes are aligned with planning, guidelines, and SOPs
✓ Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
✓ Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and related documentation
✓ Supervise and train operators, helpers, and production staff
✓ Track and monitor productivity on daily, monthly, and yearly bases

Quality Assurance:
✓ Monitor raw material dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes in compliance with GMP
✓ Perform in-process control (IPC), BMR/BPR verification, change control, and batch release activities
✓ Prepare, maintain, and control SOPs and QMS-related documentation
✓ Handle batch documentation and retention samples, ensuring proper investigation of quality issues
✓ Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and support employee training programs

Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and/or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

Experience:
✓ 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medicine companies
✓ Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age not exceeding 30 years
✓ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
✓ Good interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Ability to work effectively in a team and in shift-based environments
