Position: Officer / Senior Officer – Accounts
Unit: Shah Cement Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC)

Job Overview:
Abul Khair Group is looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join their Accounts team within the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) unit. This role focuses on financial operations, ERP management, and supporting business decision-making through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage sales collection and Delivery Orders (DO)
✓ Maintain accurate ERP entries and financial records
✓ Perform bank reconciliation and customer ledger verification
✓ Prepare financial reports and support decision-making processes
✓ Ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting operations

Educational Requirements:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / related discipline

Experience Requirements:
✓ Freshers are encouraged to apply
✓ Relevant experience in construction / RMC industry will be an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:
✓ Strong understanding of accounting principles
✓ ERP system knowledge (very important for shortlisting)
✓ Attention to detail and data accuracy
