• Job Overview:
Fakir Fashion Limited is seeking dynamic professionals for the role of Assistant Merchandiser / Merchandiser. The position involves managing end-to-end merchandising operations, ensuring smooth coordination with buyers, and maintaining production timelines within a fast-paced RMG environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage the merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment
✓ Communicate with buyers regarding product development, costing, and approvals
✓ Follow up production and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans
✓ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
✓ Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed public or private university
✓ 0-4 years of experience in merchandising
✓ Strong understanding of garment production, buyer communication, and compliance standards

• Preferred Exposure:
✓ Experience working with strategic buyers such as NEXT, OTCF, C&A, GUESS
