Customer Success & Growth Officer

Job Description

Job context:
Mediusware is looking for a dynamic Customer Success & Growth Officer to strengthen and nurture our client relationships while driving growth through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities within existing accounts, and helping expand our business footprint.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant services

Generate referrals and recommendations through exceptional customer engagement

Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently

Provide excellent product knowledge and explain processes clearly to clients

Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs and revenue targets

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client growth strategies

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-ups

Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and service standards

Requirements:
Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)

Proven experience in B2B customer success, client management, or sales support

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Target-driven with a self-motivated and dynamic approach

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Familiarity with software products and ability to learn technical details quickly

Bachelor’s degree preferred (English medium or related field) from reputed universities (e.g., Dhaka University, NSU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, or equivalent)
