Role Overview:
The HR & Culture Intern will support recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition processes and organizational culture initiatives within a dynamic tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referral channels
✓ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
✓ Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
✓ Support drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
✓ Assist in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
✓ Provide support across other HR functions as required

Requirements:
✓ Fresh graduates who have completed all academic coursework except internship
✓ Relevant academic background in HR, Business, or related field
✓ Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
✓ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✓ Proactive, responsible, and self-driven mindset
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
