Role Overview:
This role focuses on managing SME client portfolios, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored ICT and connectivity solutions. The position requires strong capabilities in account management, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration within a technology-driven business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
✓ Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients with a focus on connectivity and ICT solutions
✓ Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance retention and satisfaction
Sales & Business Development:
✓ Identify new SME opportunities and achieve revenue targets
✓ Develop customized proposals aligned with client requirements
Solution Selling:
✓ Conduct consultative selling to understand business needs and recommend tailored solutions
✓ Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ICT solutions
Market Insights & Strategy:
✓ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
✓ Contribute to strategic initiatives to expand SME market share
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration:
✓ Work closely with business partners and internal teams to align product offerings
✓ Support integration of new solutions into sales initiatives
Customer Support & Escalation Management:
✓ Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations
✓ Act as the primary contact for SME clients
ICT & Connectivity Focus:
✓ Upsell and cross-sell ICT, IoT, and connectivity solutions
✓ Stay updated on industry advancements and recommend relevant offerings
Reporting & Analytics:
✓ Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
✓ Utilize data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Client Engagement & Networking:
✓ Organize SME-focused events, workshops, and campaigns
✓ Represent the organization at industry forums and networking platforms
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field
Experience:
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in SME Sales, B2B Sales, or IT/ICT sales environments
Core Skills:
✓ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✓ Understanding of ICT solutions, IoT, and connectivity products (preferred)
✓ Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
✓ Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
