Job Overview:
Pathao is seeking a creative and data-driven marketing professional to join its Brand & Communications team. This role focuses on developing integrated marketing campaigns, strengthening brand positioning, and driving user engagement across Pathao’s ecosystem including Rides, Parcel, Shop, and Points.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and engagement
✓ Design and lead campaigns to drive rides, deliveries, transactions, and app usage
✓ Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and media partners for campaign execution
✓ Align brand initiatives with product, operations, and growth strategies
✓ Partner with merchants and stakeholders to co-create promotional campaigns
✓ Track campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
✓ Maintain brand planning calendars and ensure timely execution
✓ Identify cross-vertical marketing opportunities to maximize ecosystem synergy

Requirements:
✓ BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related discipline
✓ 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Advertising
✓ Experience in consumer tech, mobility, logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG is preferred
✓ Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels

Additional Requirements:
✓ Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
✓ Proficiency in managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email, and OOH
✓ Understanding of consumer behavior in digital platforms
✓ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
