Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS & IE Planning Executive to join our Printing & Dyeing unit. The ideal candidate will be a master of data management and process optimization, ensuring seamless production planning and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Develop daily and weekly production schedules for printing and dyeing sections to ensure timely delivery.
MIS Reporting:Design and maintain Management Information System (MIS)
dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Costing & Budgeting:Perform detailed product costing, analyze variances, and monitor raw material consumption (dyes, chemicals, and fabric).
IE Analysis:Conduct time and motion studies to improve floor efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in the production line.
Data Management:Consolidate daily production reports (DPR) and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Technical Requirements:
Advanced Excel Expertise (Mandatory):
Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex nested formulas.
Ability to create automated reporting templates and data visualization charts.
Experience in Macro/VBA is a significant advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience specifically in the Printing & Dyeing industry.

Strong understanding of dyeing processes, shade matching timelines, and chemical consumption patterns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to handle large datasets accurately.
