Role Overview:
Apex Footwear Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support commercial and import operations within its Supply Chain function. The role focuses on LC management, import coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure efficient and timely shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Execute import processes (sea, air, and road) by coordinating with banks, insurance companies, and C&F agents.
✓ Manage LC documentation, shipment tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
✓ Maintain reports on LC opening, pay orders, and insurance to ensure up-to-date records.
✓ Handle claims for damaged or lost goods in coordination with carriers and insurance providers.
✓ Coordinate with banks and insurance companies for smooth LC operations.
✓ Ensure timely payment arrangements for LC-related transactions.
✓ Liaise with trade bodies, shipping lines, VAT authorities, and internal departments for seamless operations.

Requirements:
✓ BBA in Supply Chain Management or Bachelor’s in Engineering.
✓ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (freshers may also be considered).
✓ Experience in FMCG, retail, footwear, or supply chain-related industries is preferred.
