Role Overview:
The Trainee Officer role is an entry-level opportunity designed to groom high-potential candidates into future banking professionals. Selected individuals will undergo structured training and gain exposure across multiple functional areas based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Perform assigned duties across respective departments in line with organizational needs
✓ Support day-to-day banking operations and core business functions
✓ Participate actively in structured training and development programs
✓ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
✓ Maintain professionalism and contribute effectively to team objectives

• Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
✓ Minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
✓ Preference for candidates from Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age not exceeding 32 years
✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
✓ Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
