Role Overview:
The Executive – Microbiology role involves conducting microbiological testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining laboratory quality systems. The position plays a key role in supporting product safety, quality assurance, and sterile manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Perform microbiological testing and laboratory analysis as per standard protocols
✓ Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and compliance with regulatory standards
✓ Conduct sterilization processes and monitor environmental conditions
✓ Support drug formulation processes through microbiological assessments
✓ Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to SOPs
✓ Assist in quality control and validation activities
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety

Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
✓ Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology

Experience:
✓ 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medicine companies (preferred)
✓ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:
✓ Age not exceeding 32 years
✓ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
✓ Good interpersonal and communication skills
✓ Strong ethical and professional values
✓ Ability to work effectively in a team and in shift-based environments
