Role Overview:
The HRM Internship offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain practical experience within a corporate HR team. Interns will be involved in core HR functions and contribute to day-to-day HR operations while developing essential professional skills. Immediate joining is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
✓ Assist in recruitment coordination and documentation
✓ Maintain employee records and HR databases
✓ Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
✓ Assist in reporting and data management tasks

Eligibility Criteria:
✓ BBA / MBA (HRM preferred)
✓ Strong communication skills
✓ Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Compensation & Benefits:
✓ Monthly stipend: BDT 5,000
✓ Hands-on experience with corporate HR team
✓ Exposure to real-time HR operations
