• Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Preference for Chattogram market experience)

Role Overview:
Paragon Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead its Feed & DOC Sales operations in the Eastern Division. The role requires strategic leadership, market expansion expertise, and strong operational oversight to drive sales growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and review strategic plans and policies for Feed Sales and Marketing
✓ Expand dealer network and build relationships with dealers and farmers
✓ Supervise day-to-day sales operations and ensure target achievement
✓ Identify weak areas and implement strategies to improve sales performance
✓ Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and market plans
✓ Organize dealer conferences and coordination meetings
✓ Identify business challenges and implement effective solutions to increase sales
✓ Introduce new ideas and techniques for sales and marketing development
✓ Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals
✓ Monitor competitor activities and evaluate overall feed performance
✓ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
✓ Post Graduation in any discipline
✓ BSc in DVM / Animal Husbandry will be considered an advantage
Experience:
✓ Minimum 15 years of experience in Feed Sales
✓ Proven track record within reputed companies
Additional Requirements:
✓ Age: Minimum 40 years
✓ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✓ Ability to meet deadlines and manage targets
✓ Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven mindset
✓ Willingness to travel extensively across sales regions
✓ Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
