Position: Executive – Depot Finance
Location: Mymensingh

Role Overview:
✓ Abdul Monem Limited is seeking a responsible Executive – Depot Finance to manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations at the depot level.
✓ The role will act as the single point of contact for all financial activities, ensuring accuracy in cash handling, reporting, ERP posting, and compliance.
✓ The position requires strong coordination with Head Office Finance for reporting, consolidation, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Receive and verify sales collections including cash, bKash, Rocket, and online payments, ensuring timely bank deposits.
✓ Manage depot banking operations including deposits, cheque handling, and bank reconciliation.
✓ Prepare monthly receivable and collection statements with accurate tracking of outstanding balances.
✓ Record all financial transactions in ERP systems and maintain updated Excel records.
✓ Monitor petty cash, verify expense vouchers, and ensure accurate posting with proper documentation.
✓ Prepare daily and monthly financial reports including cash position, sales vs receivables, ledger, and stock reports.
✓ Support store and warehouse operations to ensure efficient distribution and financial control.
✓ Visit dealer points for balance confirmation and support VAT-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:
✓ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
✓ 2-4 years of experience in depot finance, FMCG, distribution, or field accounting.

Core Competencies:
✓ Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
✓ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
✓ Ability to work independently in field or depot environments.
✓ High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
