Role Overview:
✓ Rancon Global Trucks Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive – VAT & Tax to manage tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit support in alignment with Bangladesh government regulations.
✓ The role requires strong expertise in VAT, TDS/VDS processes, and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Prepare audit reports and support assessment documentation.
✓ Ensure timely update and compliance of Mushak 6.1 and 6.10.
✓ Confirm and process TDS and VDS deductions from all applicable transactions.
✓ Maintain and update Mushak 9.1 and 4.3 on a monthly basis.
✓ Prepare and submit withholding tax returns and TDS returns within deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:
Education & Certification:
✓ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✓ Professional certification (CA-CC / CMA – partly qualified) will be an advantage.

Experience:
✓ 3-5 years of relevant experience in VAT and Tax.
✓ Experience in corporate or manufacturing/retail environments is preferred.

Core Skills:
✓ Strong analytical and numerical ability.
✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
✓ Effective coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
