• Job Overview:
Confidence Power and Energy PLC is offering an internship opportunity in the Operations Department for aspiring engineers. This role provides hands-on exposure to power plant operations, monitoring systems, and maintenance support in a safety-focused environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Support shift-based plant operations including engine, WHRB, STG, FTP, and WTP
✓ Assist in parameter monitoring and maintaining operational log sheets
✓ Support fuel handling and operational processes
✓ Assist in PLC/SCADA monitoring and basic troubleshooting
✓ Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant functioning

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ B.Sc. or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering
✓ Age: 20-25 years
✓ Willingness to work in shift-based operational environments
✓ Basic understanding of plant operations and industrial systems
