• Position: Territory Officer (TO) / Territory Manager (TM)

• Job Overview:
Upay is seeking dynamic sales professionals to drive territory-based business growth. The role focuses on managing distribution channels, expanding market coverage, and strengthening relationships with agents, merchants, and business partners within assigned regions.

• Key Responsibilities:
✓ Manage sales activities within assigned territories to increase market share
✓ Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
✓ Monitor distributor/agent performance and drive sales growth
✓ Negotiate and manage relationships with distribution houses and agents
✓ Expand distribution network through onboarding new partners and agents
✓ Ensure service quality and compliance with company guidelines
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, merchants, and clients
✓ Monitor stock and cash management of distribution channels
✓ Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
✓ Collect market feedback and competitor insights
✓ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and challenges

• Qualifications and Requirements:
✓ Minimum graduation from a UGC-approved reputed university
✓ At least 2 years of experience in FMCG, Telco, or MFS industry
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Good business acumen and market understanding
✓ Flexibility to work anywhere in Bangladesh
